LucidEdge Advisors collects only the information needed to respond to website inquiries, operate this site, and protect it from abuse.
Information we receive
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, and the message you submit. We may also process limited technical information needed for security, rate limiting, and reliable operation of the site.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request, communicate with you, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for behavioral advertising.
Service providers and retention
The site uses Microsoft Azure to receive and deliver inquiries and Microsoft 365 for business email. If you allow optional analytics, the site also uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Inquiry content is not stored in a website database, but a delivered message may remain in business email for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Abuse-prevention records contain pseudonymous counters rather than inquiry content.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics cookies.” It may process information such as the page visited, general device and browser details, broad geographic information, referral information, and interactions with the site. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not send contact form fields or inquiry content to Analytics. You can change your choice using “Analytics” in the website footer.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you submitted or request an appropriate correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
